Our IPTV solution seamlessly integrates with all hospitality Smart TV brands on the market, eliminating the need for an in-room set-top box. What’s more, we also support a hybrid solution in which both a Smart TV and set-top box solution run concurrently on one network. This enables hotels to gradually replace conventional TVs with Smart TVs.
The Smart Remote Control app enables guests to use their own smart devices to control and interact with the TV, thereby avoiding having to touch the in-room remote control. Using simple QR code pairing, Smart RCU also allows guests to order room and housekeeping services, quickly surf through channels, and control aspects of room automation.
