With Data-to-Go, you can use your local data bucket while traveling in select countries for just $10 per day.

This fee covers a full 24-hour period from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM ChST (Chamorro Standard Time), regardless of the amount of data used.

Example: $10 per day x 5 days = $50

Voice and SMS usage while roaming will incur additional charges

Pay-As-You-Go

Standard Pay-As-You-Go rates apply when traveling in countries not covered by Data To Go. Charges per mb will incur on local roaming rates, which can vary by destination and may incur quickly with use.

Even minimal usage such as checking email, sharing files, or using maps can result in significant, unplanned expenses to your account.

Example 1: 200mb used at $15 per mb = $3,000
Example 2: 100mb used per day at $15 per mb x 5 days = $7,500

To enable Data-to-Go or any data roaming plan, contact Enterprise Care at +1.866.688.4826 or email enterprisecare@docomopacific.com.

To use cellular data, turn on Cellular Data Roaming in your device’s settings menu. Ensure Data Roaming is enabled.

iOS Devices

  • Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming > Select ON

Android Devices

  • Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Roaming > Select ON

Data roaming will automatically connect to the preferred carrier at your destination. If you are having trouble connecting, please contact us via email at enterprisecare@docomopacific.com or call +1.866.688.4826 (toll free).

Once successfully connected, you will receive the following SMS prompt:

  • DOCOMO PACIFIC roaming has been enabled. HIGH charges for Voice, SMS & Data may incur & vary by destination.

If you are in a Data-to-Go country and you activate roaming, you will also receive the following:

  • You're in a DATA TO GO country & can use your local data while traveling for 1OUSD/day. SMS & Voice charges apply.

Charges are incurred per day (12:00AM-11:59PM ChST). If you are approaching a new day and no longer want data access, turn off data roaming to avoid being charged an additional $10 per day.
